In order to apply for a place in KUL Student Dormitories, applicants are requested to fill out the online application available in the “Accommodation” tab in your e-REKRUT account.
Once the form is filled, the applicant must print, sign and submit the completed application to the student dormitory of his/her choice.
Please note that only the applications of KUL students will be considered.
The application can also be sent by post to the address of the selected student dormitory. However, due to the possibility that the application may not arrive on time, we suggest that applicants scan the signed application and send it to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The first application round for new students is from 5 to 25 July, the second from 26 July to 31 August, the third from 1 to 20 September 2019. Rules and regulations of allocating accommodation to students can be found at www.ds.kul. pl.
To apply for a place in DS, foreign students are required to submit a valid long-term visa or a valid residence permit which entitles them to stay on the territory of Poland.
Information on being granted or denied a place in DS will be sent by email to the address provided by the applicant in the application. Information can also be obtained personally in DS. The applicant who has been granted a place in the DS is obliged to confirm the fact of accepting the accommodation in the allocated SD by paying the booking deposit in the amount of a monthly fee in due dates:
a. By July 19 – the place granted on July 5
b. By August 14 – the place granted on July 30
c. By September 24 – the place granted on September 5
d. By October 4 – place granted on September 25.
The booking deposit should be paid in PLN.
The account number and the title of the payment will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application.
